1) We have developed the "Walsun Chemical Supplier Code of Conduct", which guides and regulates supplier behavior in terms of law-abiding operation, compliance with labor standards, resource consumption, emission control, health and safety, business ethics, etc. We proactively communicate with suppliers to understand their progress in sustainable development. 2) We have established the "Supplier Compliance Audit Standards" and the "Supplier ESG Performance Evaluation Methodology", and regularly evaluate the compliance and ESG performance of suppliers to actively promote "green procurement".

3) To ensure that suppliers can understand and work with Walsun to implement sustainable practices, we clarify compliance, environmental, and social responsibility terms in contracts.
